Pose Perfect

Today I'm photographing a wedding, but as a second shooter this time! Usually I'm the main photographer, but I'm on the assistant end of things today for my friend Caroline from Sweet Caroline Photography! It's going to be a gorgeous wedding and tons of fun! Recently I actually helped Caroline out with a little modeling posing for a college assignment she did and I thought I'd show off some of the awesome images from the shoot!

Dress: vintage/thrifted
Lace fedora: Claire's
Cowboy boots: vintage/thrifted
Braided belt: Target
Gold watch & bangles: Target

Check out her website or her facebook page to see more of her work! Well I'm off for a 10-hour wedding job, so I'll see you all later!

Insta-gratification

Care to see some Insta-love from the last few weeks? Here's what I've been up to on-the-go lately:

Mine & Tori's drinks on the party cruise we went on.

Me & Tor getting ready to get on the boat.

Out for an evening jog in my new running shoes!

Phoebe's typical horizontal position in the afternoons.

Ice Cream date with Ian. Crossed something off my Things to do with Ian list!

The umbrellas at Dairy Maid were SO pretty!

Nothing like a natural sun flare!

Organizing the vintage office and prepping for the Red Door Pop-Up Shop.

Happy Meal break during a "work-from-home" day.

Photobooth fun at a wedding we attended!

Acid green nails: a new one for me.

Running out of room on all our bookshelves. Always a good problem to have.

Sleepy helper while I edit.

Pretties at Target. Too much temptation. lol

If anyone ever wants to follow me on Instagram, my username is keread! I love getting lost in my feed, finding pretty things, and taking a peek into another's life! Photography is my passion even on the go!

Home is Wherever I'm with You

Ian and I went to the prettiest and most magical little farm yesterday. It's called Stoneycreek Farm and Nursery. I had wanted to go pick pumpkins, but I wanted a real patch with gourds and possibly some cider for sale. Ian promised to find me a "full service pumpkin patch" with all the bells and whistles I required. :) That's my man.

They had the most darling things too. SERIOUSLY! I fell in love with that aqua farm truck and the pumpkin tree. I think we're going to make a pumpkin tree a tradition with our kids someday. :)

Ian bought us tickets to take a hay ride back to the patch to pick our own pumpkins. Their flat bed had the fluffiest hay and it was so much fun to be wearing cozy fall clothes and bumping along a muddy path to a fir tree and pumpkin patch. *Dream come true!*

What I wore:
flower crown: manzanita
ruffle undershirt: Faded Glory
plaid shirt: Mossimo
mustard coat: thrifted
trouser shorts: Merona
leggings: Target
deer knee socks: Claire's
army boots: Claire's

Before we left, we bought a mini handmade haybale, some button mums, and a few pumpkins for our porch. I know I'm a little late on the uptake, but it really feels like fall now. I love coming home from work and seeing all the pretty colors on my porch. I couldn't resist another feet shot. (They're my favorite after all, but that's no secret!)

I'll be back with a feature tomorrow! An unsponsored feature for a shop I really believe in so its extra fun!
Type @ ya'all soon!

Choose Your Adventure

The rings were exchanged, the kiss was shared, the cake was cut, and now their adventure really begins! The sun was shining on these 2 special people today that now share the same last name. :)

So here's to Mr. & Mrs. Trumpower and choosing their adventure! It doesn't matter where you are, as long as you're together! More photos to come.

This Beautiful Girl

This beautiful girl is getting married tomorrow. She's about to marry the love of her life and I am BEYOND blessed to be the one to capture it forever.

I'm tearing up a little typing this post because Allie has been one of my BEST friends the past few years and I can't tell you how magical it is to be included in the most precious day of her life.

I know that she and Ben are going to have the most serendipitous adventure of their lives together and there couldn't be a more lucky guy than to have her on his arm for the rest of forever.

There are so many wonderful people here to support them and be witness to their marriage, that it just makes it the most perfect atmosphere for their wedding.

I love this girl and it's been such a blessing to be called her friend. I can't wait to look through my viewfinder tomorrow and see her dad walking her down the isle. <3 I love you Allie!
