I got this Very Hungry Caterpillar plushie the other day and he has made himself at home on the back of our sofa and matches our decor to boot! I've been thinking about doing my future baby's nursery in Eric Carle. Thoughts? I think it could be the cutest thing ever. :) I can just imagine a window sill with the Caterpillar plushie and a little line of plush food for him to "eat." :) haha Plus all the colors and textures are so bright that I could just eat it up.
And I love what Holly did with her son Simon's room: she used the Eric Carle flashcards as inspiration!
I know this was random and short but if all goes well, I'll have a snow day from work tomorrow due to Snowpocalypse 2011 and I'll have more time to blog!

Yes, an Eric Carle room would be amazing! Especially with your creativeness! When I was teaching, we did a unit on Carle w/ the first graders, they fell in love and wanted to read all the books!
Not only would it be cute, but it could help get your future child off to the right start with reading! :]
I think an Eric Carle nursery would be fabulous!!!! Very unique and could be for boy or girl!!! CUTE!!
