She's a 2000 Ford Focus--electric blue which I love. I'll never lose her in a parking lot! haha My Papaw, who is a mechanic, found a friend that was selling it for HIS granddaughter and he snatched it up. Mom and Dad paid for it and I'm really grateful that they're in a place they can do that for me, because I'm not. I needed a way to get back and forth to work this summer (side note: I have an interview with Old Navy tomorrow and I'm really nervous! Eeeeek) so this is the PERFECT car! A hatchback! <3
When I get home for the summer, I'm going to give her a good internal cleaning, stock her up with emergency items, and make sure everything is in good working order! But it sounds like my Papaw is having a grand old time getting her fixed up for me. :)
I'm just excited to be able to drive the car around and just to have something I can call "My car!"

At least when you get your car at 22, you get to KEEP it. I got my car at 16 and it's now my brother's :-(
